TOWN OF SEYMOUR                        BOARD MEETING                              Vol. 27 Page 6

A meeting of the Seymour Town Board was held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at the Town Hall.  Notice was posted at Beaver Creek Reserve, Seymour Town Hall, Township Fire Dept. Station 1- Seymour, Gordy’s County Market and at www.townofseymour.orgunder “Agendas”.

Board members present were Douglas Kranig, Chair, Sheila Running, Supervisor and Gary Schulenberg, Supervisor.  Also present was Sue Larson Deputy Clerk/Treasurer.

Chair Kranig called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Supervisor Schulenberg made a motion to approve the March 3rd Board Meeting minutes as presented.  Chair Kranig seconded.  Motion carried 3-0.

Financials for January and February 2014 were presented by Sue Larson, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer.

GENERAL PUBLIC:  NONE

OLD BUSINESS:   NONE

NEW BUSINESS: A motion was made by Supervisor Schulenberg to approve the 2014 Ayres Associates Contract for Environmental Monitoring in the Town of Seymour.  Motion seconded by Supervisor Running.  Motion carried 3-0.

No action was taken on appointing an alternate member or a clerk to the Board of Review at this time.

Next meeting date is set for Monday, April 7, 2014 at 7:00 pm.

A motion was made by Supervisor Running to adjourn.  Motion seconded by Supervisor Schulenberg.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 7:37 pm.
