TOWN OF SEYMOUR BOARD MEETING Vol. 23 Page 16

A meeting of the Seymour Town Board was held on July 6, 2010, at the Town Hall. Notice was posted at Beaver Creek Reserve, Seymour Town Hall, Township Fire Dept. Station 1 - Seymour, Gordy’s County Market, and at www.townofseymour.org under “Agendas”.

Board members present were Douglas Kranig, Chair; and Sheila Running, Supervisor. Gary Schulenberg, Supervisor was absent. Also present was Glenda Lyons, Clerk/Treasurer; Jo-Ann Martin, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer; Kerry Parker, Roads and Buildings Supervisor; Bill Thiel, Town Attorney; and Howard Ludwigson, County Board Rep.

Chair Kranig called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was dispensed.

Supervisor Running made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the Board Meeting held June 22, 2010 as presented. Chair Kranig Seconded. Motion Carried 2-0.

Kerry Parker gave Roads and Buildings report.

GENERAL PUBLIC –Howard Ludwigson requested the Board attend the North Shore Park re-dedication on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 1:00 pm

OLD BUSINESS –

NEW BUSINESS – CUP – none
Chair Kranig made a Motion to approve Operators License for Sandra Fye, James Stephen and Alicia Kramer. Supervisor Running Seconded. Motion Carried 2-0

Supervisor Running made a Motion to award the paving of 150th Ave to Senn Blacktop Inc., for $76,517.48. Chair Kranig Seconded. Motion Carried 2-0

Supervisor Running made a Motion to award the base course to Haas Sons, Inc. for $9.62/cy. Chair Kranig Seconded. Motion Carried 2-0

Chair Kranig made a Motion to award the milling to The Kraemer Company for $4.198/mile. Supervisor Running Seconded. Motion Carried 2-0
